Freight Charges & Terms For Online Purchases

We offer delivery of products purchased online within Australia only. All Purpose Pumps is an industry recognised and reliable company for your online purchases to be delivered in a safe and efficient manner.

Delivery time is usually within 1-2 days within Melbourne metro and 3-5 days for regional/interstate addresses. Our administration team will advise of the expected delivery within 1 business day of receiving your order. We currently offer a flat rate shipping cost of $55+GST Australia wide. Shipping cost will automatically be added to the total of your cart.

Please ensure that when making your purchase you supply an address and contact telephone number where our courier can deliver the goods. You will be  required to sign for acceptance of the delivery between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that the person signing for the goods has the authority to accept the package.

A re-delivery charge may apply by the purchaser if the courier is unable to deliver goods on his first attempt. The purchaser also may be required to collect their goods from the courier’s depot.
