This Policy does not cover Faulty Goods and Warranty items.

At All Purpose Pumps your satisfaction is our highest concern.

Our items are checked thoroughly before they are sent. Although our products are of high quality things don’t always work out or you may have purchased the wrong product for your application. If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product under the below conditions.

Item Returned Re-Stocking Fee
Standard item returned in re-sellable condition 20% + Freight costs
Standard item returned, works required to return to re-sellable condition 30% + Freight costs
Non-stocked item 50% + Freight costs
  • All items should be returned if possible in new and an unused condition, in original packaging, labels intact and unused, and a copy of your receipt should accompany the returned item.
  • SALE items cannot be exchanged, all purchases of SALE items are final.

  • An Authorisation Reference number must be obtained before any goods can be returned. An Authorisation number can be obtained by phoning us on +61 3 8368 0000 or emailing us at salesadmin@appumps.com.au
